How can I request an authorization to use fire?

 The request will depend on the location of the area and of the epoch in which it wants to realize the employment of the fire:

 ·          In forest areas and zones of forest influence (400 surrounding m), the burning of bushes, pastures and residues proceeding from forest works, as well as the burning of stubbles or residues in agricultural labors, needs an Authorization for the use of the fire in forest area and zone of forest influence.

             In danger areas, the use of the fire for the burning of stubbles, pastures, residues, carboneo or for any other agrarian activity, the holders of the areas or his representatives it will have to communicate to the Provincial Delegation of the Council by means of a Communication of the use of the fire for agrarian activities in danger areas, out of forest areas and of the zone of forest influence, with a minimal anticipation of ten days to the use of the fire.

The intensity of the measures of prevention of fires will change according to the epoch of danger, determined depending on the historical precedents on the risk of appearance of fires and on the incident of the meteorological variables, the following ones being established by general character:

 ·       Epoch of high Danger: From July 1 to September 30. (Hozanejos: prohibited)

 ·      Epoch of average Danger: From May 1 to June 30 and from October 1 to October 31. (Hozanejos: he needs the request, it is possible to send for fax)

 ·       Epoch of low Danger: From January 1 to April 30 and from November 1 to December 31. (Hozanejos: he does not need the request)
